Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of MiniMagic and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using MiniMagic, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use MiniMagic to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
- Depicts minors in sexual, exploitative, or abusive situations (CSAM)
- Sexualizes or exploits children in any way
Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Accounts will be permanently terminated.
Intellectual Property
- Intentionally generates recognizable copyrighted characters (e.g., characters from Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Nintendo, Games Workshop, or any other franchise)
- Reproduces trademarked logos, names, or brand identities
- Circumvents or attempts to bypass our content filters to generate protected IP
- Uploads copyrighted images you do not have rights to use
MiniMagic employs automated filters to block known copyrighted character names. Attempting to circumvent these filters is a violation of this policy.
Real People
- Generates realistic likenesses of real, identifiable people without their consent
- Creates deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading depictions of real individuals
- Generates content depicting real people in pornographic, defamatory, or harmful contexts
Harmful Content
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Contains graphic violence, gore, or torture designed to shock or disturb
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or radicalization
- Encourages self-harm or suicide
Adult / NSFW Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (real or generated)
Fraud & Deception
- Uses generated content to deceive, scam, or defraud others
- Creates content for phishing, social engineering, or impersonation
- Generates misleading content designed to manipulate public opinion or elections
- Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-created in contexts where the distinction matters
Illegal Activities
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Content that facilitates illegal activities including drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or hacking
2. Prohibited Behaviors
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits, promotions, or circumvent bans
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service itself (you may sell content you create)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Use the Service to develop a competing AI generation product
- Exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses in the Service
3. Content Moderation
MiniMagic employs multiple layers of content moderation:
- Automated filters: Known copyrighted character names and prohibited terms are blocked before generation
- AI safety filters: Our AI providers (Google Gemini, Tripo3D) apply their own content safety policies
- User reporting: Report violations to [email protected]
- Manual review: Flagged content is reviewed by our team
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations
- Content removal: Violating content removed without notice
- Account suspension: Temporary loss of access
- Account termination: Permanent ban with no refund of remaining credits
- Legal action: For severe violations or illegal activity
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including termination without warning for serious violations (CSAM, threats of violence, etc.).
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to:

Include as much detail as possible: the content in question, the user (if known), and the nature of the violation.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
